The first official pictures and specifications of lightly facelifted Lexus IS 2011 were published today in Europe. Style changes in the sedan and coupe convertible cars include LED lights set that increased daytime running lights, reworked rear light lights, a revised front grille design, new exterior colors and designs of alloy wheels.The level of F-Sport 2011 fit a new front spoiler with fairing deep fog lights, new grille design and a rear spoiler with integrated brake light, plus new alloy wheels 18 inches. Interior revisions are limited to extra touches titanium-effect trim and a new dark anthracite roof liner.
Other revisions to the IS range include improvements to the SE-R specification with the addition of variable speed wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and new leather upholstery with heated front seats.
2011 Lexus IS version powered by a 150 horsepower 2.2-liter diesel engine of 177HP IS 220D. In the United Kingdom, the IS 200D replaces the more powerful IS 220D, but in other European markets the two diesel models sold together.
The IS 200D can accelerate from zero to 100 km / h (62 mph) in 10.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 205 kmh (127 mph). Combined cycle consumption is 5.1lt/100km fuel (55.4mpg 46.1mog UK or U.S.) and CO2 emissions of 134g/km compared to 148g/km for the IS 220D.
The 2011 Lexus IS meke an official debut at the Paris Motor Show next month.
