The SS is powered by a 6.2 L (380 cubic inches) LS3 V8 of 426 hp (318 kW) and is paired with a 6-speed manual. The SS gets a V8 Automatic L99 400 hp (300 kW). The RS appearance package is available in the LT and SS.
